Hi All
I know this thread is getting beaten to death, but these symptoms also
would describe a corrupt installation (or any installation) of New.net.
In our experience, New.net's toying with TCP/IP in Win machines is
almost always fatal. Removing it does fix the problem, but it may leave
behind a couple of ghosts in the registry.
