I had several requests to make the bandwidth survey a little more detailed. So
we added a few extra fields to the Survey Form (Packetshaping? - fee -
%utilization - local cache - akamai etc...). If you have already submitted the
survey, you may resubmit it and I'll remove any duplicates by hand. Thanks again!
