The University of San Diego has about 3500 users, some 2000 on Resnet
and a partial T3 ( 15Mbits/sec ).
Yep, ours is pretty full, but works OK. We are buying more pipe because
Rich told me I was a Fascist Bandwidth Dictator(tm) and on further
review I have decided he might be right.
