Just fixed a PC where with the valid IP - page not found problem. The student stopped in to get an update and we discovered that she had just un-installed ZoneAlarm. Upon discovering this tidbit of information we re-installed ZA and un-installed it again (using the manufacturers un-install) and viola!
So for kicks I checked Zone Labs site and discovered their un-install verification instructions for ME.

I don't see this happening in the average students room.
