Have you made sure the frame type is set to 802.3? Also, is the hub port set
to auto-negotiate? Sometimes switch/hub ports will have an auto-negotiate
setting which can override the port setting. A mismatch between negotiation
settings is often a problem.

Subject: Windows XP Media Disconnected

Greetings all,

This one has us stumped

User has Windows XP, when you do a ipconfig, it returns "Media
Disconnected".

We have removed and reinstalled the driver, and physically removed the card
and replaced it.

Any Ideas?
