Our Instructional Technology Manager (ITM) produced a 5-7 page questionnaire
about expectations of computing services. 45% of the questions had to do
with technology in the computer labs and classrooms and satisfaction of
services provided.
Several versions of the questionnaire were created for faculty, undergrad
and graduate students. At the time the questions were developed, we did not
have a functional ResNet program.
To get the questionnaires returned, we had a cash prize raffle; a completed
questionnaire was considered a ticket. ITM also asked faculty members to
give time during their class session to complete surveys.
