We're using Track-It (BMC recently purchased Numara), and are moving away from it towards KACE. Track-It gets the job done, but KACE offers a lot more features.

Is anyone out there using BMC software for ticketing, asset management, software deployments? If so, what were your challenges? Any pros and cons with regard to that application?
