Currently our Mailroom is using a program called Arrival. From what I've gathered by talking to our Mailroom supervisor, it's been working pretty well for them. The only thing that is a huge negative is that Pitney Bowes talked them into a Motorola handheld device to scan UPS and FedEx packages, etc that no one really uses. We're having problems getting it to work right via the LAN but have it working via wireless at the moment…support for it is horrible because no one at Pitney Bowes knows anything about the model since it's not commonly used and Motorola won't help us with it because it's out of date.

I'm doing some consulting work with a university and they're looking for software that can help them assign and track snail mail mailboxes in their residence halls. They have been using some custom application that integrated with RMS, but RMS is no longer going to support that.

They are using Pitney Bowes to operate their mailroom.

Do any of y'all have any suggestions for software that can handle this?

For those of y'all with Pitney Bowes running your mailroom and mailboxes in the residence halls, how do y'all handle things?

Thanks.
