We used to be the just "Help Desk" but after taking too many non-technical =
calls regarding everything that could happen on a campus, we've switched to=
being the "Technology Support Center". It's not clear as to what we as a =
team are called per se, but I've been running with "Technology Support Spec=
ialist". We handle the items listed below and are the first- and second-li=
ne of support.
I may be wrong, but I think a term that relates to a group of people who pr=
ovide technology support might be a "gaggle".
