I had a problem on my home wireless network. My iPhone would connect to my =
network and then bring up what looked like it was trying to be a captive po=
rtal that couldn't load. Rebooting the phone fixed it.

Subject: [RESNET-L] iOS 6 WIFI Issues

Has anyone received reports of WIFI issues with newly updated iOS 6 devices=
? We received our first complaint this AM from the user community, althoug=
h our developers reported this issue last week. It seems that only iPhone =
4S and iPad 3 running iOS 6 are affected. The issue reported (and confirme=
d) is that the affected devices will not connect to certain WIFI networks (=
in our case, our managed "FIT" APs - 802.11n HP/3COM/H3C) - no associate wi=
th AP, no DHCP. Testing does show that the same devices will connect to ol=
der "FAT" APs. For clarification, these same devices worked before the upd=
ate to iOS 6.

Thanks in advance,

Jake
