I've seen that before in Pharos with a driver mismatch. Is it possible the =
users are printing to a queue with one driver and releasing at a station wi=
th another driver?

Subject: Pharos Uniprint 8.2 & Printing Problems from Google Docs
You may see this cross-posted on a couple other lists. My apologies to tho=
se who may receive more than one copy.
I am trying to find other institutions who are running Pharos Uniprint 8.2 =
for your print management system, and who are encountering significant prob=
lems when students try to print from Google Docs.
We are seeing a lot of uninterpreted PS or PCL language.
In general, if we ask the students to download their Google Docs as PDF fil=
es, open them in Acrobat, and print from Acrobat the problem goes away.
Is anyone else seeing this kind of issue? If so, I'd like to compare not=
es.
Cheers,
