Nick,
I have fully tested and implemented Web Help Desk at Barnard College
for several years, as well as at a corporate job. It worked
seamlessly with our LDAP implementation so we did not not need to
import a client database, and we also used it for our asset management
as well. They are good at rolling out incremental updates of their
product line on a fairly regular basis. If you have any specific
questions feel free to let me know and I would be happy to answer as
best I can.
Regards,
Andrew Blaner
