Our S8730 was up for renewal around the start of the year. We've received support from Carousel for a long time and never had any issues.
What was Ayava's beef?
We've been very happy with Carousel, fwiw.

All,
Are any of you currently on Avaya maintenance with a Avaya PBX that is or will be end-of-life? We dropped Avaya and signed with Continuant and immediately got a threatening letter from Avaya.

I have used Continuant for a year now and we've had a good experience with them. We have a legacy Nortel system.
