Just a hunch, but does the user have an exchange email account set up on al=
l their devices? If so they will try to auto log in using whatever credenti=
als were last supplied, and if one of them doesn=92t have the correct passw=
ord it will cause the lockout.
One way that I have users fix these issues is to have them bring all their =
devices on to campus, and log in to each device at that time. Also, I find =
that sometimes on iOS devices you may have to delete the exchange account a=
ll together and remake it (while on campus!). Good luck!

I=92m hoping someone may have experienced a weird issue we=92re having and =
can point us in the right direction! I have a user with a machine on both =
campuses, and iPad, and an iPhone. The Help Desk has verified that her pro=
files on her iPad and iPhone are not caching credentials, but when she come=
s on campus, invariably she is being locked out of her AD account and we ca=
n=92t figure out why. Our threshold for incorrect log ins is very high at =
10, but she is consistently being locked out.
I=92m told the OS is up to date on each device and that they should not be =
attempting to connect automatically when in range, but even if they did, th=
e passwords are correct and should work. Have any of you seen a similar is=
sue? More importantly, any clue what to do about it?
