Good morning,
We are working on a bid for a new ITSM solution. I was wondering if anyone=
has a proposal that they would be willing to share. It's been several yea=
rs since we've had to go to bid on these products. We currently have a cus=
tom built Remedy application, but are looking at an out of the box solution=
