Richard,
We started out with Altiris and found it too cumbersome. especially since at the time there was limited use with MAC's.
We have been using BOMGAR since it was Net something... still have our original appliance in place (approximately 5-7 years)... we like most have international study programs and even when working on a machine that is in the FAR EAST or South Africa, if the client has a reasonable internet connection, it is like sitting in front of the machine... we will continue to use Bomgar without any question in my mind.
