Hi Richard,
I have experience with the following remote support software:
TeamViewer & Logmein
Have used these for home use, to support friends and family :) . They work =
fairly well.
TeamViewer (3.5 of 5 rating)
Logmein - (4 of 5 rating)
Dameware
Used this as an IT contractor for the Army. It's average, I didn't particul=
arly like the product.

Altiris Deployment Solutions
Used this for imaging, deploying software packages, remote support; loved =
this, best remote support product I've ever used
(5 of 5 rating)
PC Anywhere
Was ok---web interface is similar to Logmein
(3 of 5 rating)
RealVNC
Currently using this, it's average in my opinion.
