Dear Colleagues,

I would like to personally invite you to submit a presentation proposal
for the 2012 Security Professionals Conference, May 15-17, in
Indianapolis, Indiana (http://www.educause.edu/SEC12). It is the premier
forum for strengthening the ability of the higher education sector to
protect information assets from the changing threat vectors and respond to
the ever-increasing compliance requirements imposed on the higher
education community. Itıs also a great opportunity to network with your
fellow security professionals!

In a unique effort to encourage IT leaders to network and collaborate on
enterprise security issues, EDUCAUSE has co-located the Security
Professionals Conference and the Enterprise IT Leadership Conference in
2012. Both events will share the general session and morning concurrent
sessions on Thursday, May 17, and provide leaders a chance to network and
address key issues that face both groups. The individual conferences will
explore topics relevant to the respective participants and will continue
to provide the level of connecting peers, thought-leadership, and
knowledge-sharing that EDUCAUSE events are known for.

Also note that an archived recording of the Security 2012 CFP orientation
webinar is now available on the program page:
http://www.educause.edu/sec12/program. The direct link is:

We hope to hear from you!
