Anyone using Zendesk for the Helpdesk ticketing software? I just came acros=
s it tonight (yes, on a Sunday) through a Facebook ad (that's why I came ac=
ross it on a Sunday night). At brief glance, it looks pretty good. I'm curi=
ous to hear what others who might be using it think and can tell me about w=
hat makes it good and, especially, what makes it bad.
