We haven't done a transition, but being the Helpdesk at a campus that also
houses Dominican Friars, we do far more than just standard student
resident support.
Ask away, though we haven't gone through the transition at all. We did go
through a transition into providing formalized support for student-owned
computers. I put that into place just under 8 years ago.
