Has anyone shifted their ResNet program from providing Internet
access only into also providing support for staff, as well? For
instance, supporting desktops, printers, etc. for housing/residence staff?
I'd love to ask more questions off-line regarding how that
transition occurred, staff structure changes, job titles, etc., though
public comment and information is welcomed.
