views
with the idea in mind that if I find someone with a outstanding work ethic,
they will learn the technology.</font>

what kind of things have they done they did NOT require management or super=
visor
input. Did they find a unknown problem, solve it in a creative and realistic
way and THEN inform management. Someone with that kind of initiative will
not only learn the technology required, but probably more than required.</f=
ont>
