We have a couple of rather extensive training manuals that we use. After c=
ompleting them the students then take a multiple choice 55 question exam us=
ing select survey.

I am curious if anyone out there has developed a technical skills survey fo=
r their student workers. We are trying to identify what students in out dep=
artment possess what skills, and what skills they do not possess, but would=
like to get trained on as it pertains to their jobs in I.T.
Any info or ideas would be appreciated.
