I think the issue with this is once the subscription is up, majority won't =
pay to renew it.
We have and provide a free copy of Symantec Endpoint for PC & Mac users. E=
ven though we don't require our users from using our copy (that we provide =
at no charge to our users), our AUP states that some sort of antivirus app =
must be installed and up to date.

y caffeinated on a Friday morning...
Take the hint from all of the hardware companies.
What if you made an agreement with some AV vendor to put a 9 month demo on =
student computers - and they would compensate you to do it.

Good morning!
We recently had a license change and we no longer have a license for an ant=
ivirus/antimalware program to put on our laptop program machines - we sell =
them with a prepared Bucknell image, and if they need to be reimaged here a=
t our desk, we put an updated image on them.
I know a lot of schools simply point their students to online installers fo=
r various free programs, but we're looking to license a product that we can=
install on student computers.
I'd like to hear from schools about what programs they're using and how muc=
h they might cost. Thanks -
