I just recalled some news stories from last year.
Check out
http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/story/2010/08/15/ontario-wifi.html
http://www.magdahavas.com/2010/08/13/wifi-in-schools-and-health-effects/
http://thenextweb.com/ca/2010/10/20/wifi-in-schools-isnt-bad-for-students-b=
ad-science-is/
and, apparently, some schools caved in to the paranoia.

I would forward this up to the top-tier of administration asking "How would=
we accommodate a student who was worried about the health risks of flourid=
ated/chlorinated water, RF signals from the power cables in the walls, clea=
ning agents used on floors and windows, diesel fumes from trucks making del=
iveries to campus, or metals and plastics used to handle food in the cafete=
rias?"
I fear that if you don't draw those comparisons, you'll be asked to move th=
e infrastructure before moving the student.
