I would forward this up to the top-tier of administration asking "How would
we accommodate a student who was worried about the health risks of
flouridated/chlorinated water, RF signals from the power cables in the
walls, cleaning agents used on floors and windows, diesel fumes from trucks
making deliveries to campus, or metals and plastics used to handle food in
the cafeterias?"
I fear that if you *don't* draw those comparisons, you'll be asked to move
the infrastructure before moving the student.
