Have you looked at Web-Center product?
We actually use the product for tracking our housing maintenance tickets. =
We have been using the product for almost 6 years and the system has over 6=
4,953 tickets submitted. The size of the SQL database is over 1.2 gigabyte=
s. We have installed the 5.0 version with three techs (Free). The front e=
nd can be used to enter in Helpdesk tickets (unlimited) such as the student=
s/student workers and the technician level "can be" used for the techs goin=
g out to work.
You can customize the forms and drop-downs as needed in the admin console. =
I would suggest downloading the trial and try it out.
