So - what exactly do you mean by constituent portal?
I only ask because we have several different things that we call portals:
1. Web presence for staff/faculty or students
2. a NAC (type thing) for single-sign-on for wireless/wired for
guests/students/staff/faculty
3. Helpdesk front "receiving area" where clients can input their own ticket
information
4. CMS central single-sign-on and announcement area
I think we have a couple other things (including an intra-net student center
where student employees can log on to our student employee management
package) . . . all of which are referred to as the "Portal"
