A large part of making sure that support operations run smoothly depends upon the hiring (and occasional firing) of student workers. In this panel discussion, student worker managers Kathy Hausmann (Saint Mary’s College), Jim Rizzo (Providence College), Erin Scott (Yale University), Sherwin Smith (Stanford University) and Dan Marini (Northeastern University) talk about their approaches and workflows in the hiring of students each year, the highs and lows of hiring, and some tips, tools and tricks that they’ve discovered along the way.

Best,
Adam Bray
Yale University
