We prefer to identify each end-node, if possible. "Unofficial" APs set
up as routers tend to obscure nodes behind them behind a single IP
address, although Jim's right, the owner of the IP address is responsible.
Additionally, on the b/g band at least, we have sufficient density that
additional APs almost can't help but cause interference.
But - if it's not causing us trouble, I don't waste much energy looking
for 'em.
