Subject: ResNet 2011 Newcomers Webinar!

Hello everyone!

This year we'll be hosting a live webinar for all of our first time participants! We'll address questions such as:

*What do I actually *do* during ResNet? How does everything actually work out?
*What should I expect to the weather to be like?
*What's going on in New Haven during the conference?
*How living arrangements work
*Transportation options and ideas
*Where do I find specific kinds of information?

We'll be holding the webinar from 3-4:30 EST tomorrow (Thursday, June 2) on the ResNet Ustream channel: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/resnet. Ustream is great because you don't need to have a login to view or comment on the chat stream - you can just watch or ask questions as a guest.

The first part will cover common questions about what ResNet is like, accomodations, travel arrangements and what to expect. The second half of the webinar will be aimed at answering questions that I see come up on the chat screen.

Even if you're not a newcomer, you're more than welcome to attend. If you're still on the fence about coming, this is a great opportunity to learn more about the conference and its attendees.

See you tomorrow at 3:00 EST!
