Apologies in advance for the cross-posting.

Is anyone using the "ReadyDesk" software for their Helpdesk/Call Center/Ser=
vice desk operations?

If so, do you like it? Is the mobile interface effective for field technic=
ians to open, update & close tickets?

The price makes it seem "too good to be true."

Does it really do all that they say that it can?
