We started putting stuff into Wikis on Moodle. Because searching didn't see=
m
to work across wikis, we have combined our IS wikis into one. It has been
most helpful when documenting procedures and going back later to see how
things were done or to update procedures. This also keeps the IS folks hand=
s
on Moodle a bit so that we can keep those skills current.
We also have a wiki for our students and faculty to reference some stuff,
but we haven't publicized it that much yet. It's intended use is to be like
a FAQ. Employees and students authenticate through AD on Moodle.
