Hello, everyone.

=20

Do any of you have any positive experience with wiki or knowledge base
products? We're looking for something that might serve both our clients
and our technicians. It would be ideal, though may not be absolutely
necessary, for it to have different levels of access for authenticated
and guest access.

=20

Thanks for any suggestions or recommendations - or warnings! - you might
have!
