The official ResNet twitter account is actually specific to this year's conference. It's @resnet2010 if you want to follow it. I have a list of various ResNetters that I made at https://twitter.com/#!/RunawayJimPVD/resnet/members. Feel free to follow that list. I am, obviously, @RunawayJimPVD (my tweets are protected for various reasons, but I accept most people who aren't bots). I will say this, however... most of the people on that list, including myself, don't necessarily tweet about work or ResNet or technology. They tend to tweet their own personal interests, though some ResNet-related stuff comes up. From what I can tell, I'm one of the more active twitterers (tweeters? tweeps?) from ResNet, at least based on those in my list.
And if you give us your Twitter handle, I'll add you to my ResNet list, and hope to meet you at Yale in June! :)
