We are currently using Spiceworks as a ticketing system. The community
is great, I will give it that. The only problem we had stems from too
many previous tickets imported. For some reason, when the ticket
database gets too large, there is a great deal of lag and the system
grinds to a halt. As such, you may need some sort of legacy solution
for previous tickets, if you want to keep those around.
