We have used it for a year or so. We paid the ~$200 per year to hide the
ads. Hiding the adds doesn't make that space available on the web page.
grrrr. We dropped the software we used to manage inventory as a result.
We use it to help manage inventory and keep track of software installs and
reporting. We don't use the help desk portion yet.
One thing I've found valuable is the Spiceworks community.
