Hi Chris,
Thanks for the great list. I'm not sure if the Resnet Wiki is still used, but it's a great place for information like this. Putting it somewhere common will allow a larger audience to edit and contribute.
I hope you don't mind, but I took the list below and put up a basic article on the Resnet Wiki:
http://resnetsymposium.org/wiki/index.php/WPA2_Enterprise_Devices
Please feel free to let me know if it should come down. If anyone else wants to make the page prettier or add more content, please feel free to do so.

Subject: Non-enterprise wireless devices
We want to push wireless devices to using 802.1x with WPA-Enterprise, but we don't know how many devices won't support this since we don't yet offer wireless access. Does anyone have a list of these "home/personal wireless-only" devices to share?
For instance, I know the WiFi-only version of the Kindle can't use 802.1x. What about game consoles? TVs? MP3 players? Printers? Cell phones?
Any interesting accommodations you've made to allow these would be helpful, too. For example, an additional unencrpyted SSID, a wireless bridge, etc..
Thanks,
