We've been asked to investigate more real-time reporting of network
outages or maintenance. Our VP has heard from some schools using
Twitter or Facebook for such things. For those schools using these
services: are your postings to these services automated (if so how) or
are you using fleshware to post? For others, what are you using that
you find works well?
