We have statseeker as well, but we also use free open source tool smokeping.

Pick ICMP from the menu on the left and then, perhaps, Resnet Switches
One of my favorite low cost deployable smokeping target is a small NAT
router.
Many network switches have instrinsic jitter in their response time
which partially
obscures sensitivity to the jitter seen by users. If your NAT router is
also a WiFi
access point, remove the antennas so it's not bothered by radio noise.
