Greetings ResNet Community:
Two weeks ago, Margaret Landsparger, our Director of Communications, sent o=
ut the call for nominations to the ResNet list. As you know, we have three=
open positions on ResNet's Board of Directors.
* Vice President: will assume the VP's position at once
* Clerk: will hold an "elect" position until the 2011 Student Techn=
ology Conference at Yale in June
* Director of Conference Management: will hold an "elect" position =
until the 2011 Student Technology Conference at Yale in June
Each one of these board positions will play an integral role in ResNet's on=
going evolvement as a professional organization. Please step up for ResNet=
and help shape our future!
Nominations are being collected now, through February 25th. Applicants for=
any position will be required to submit four (4) documents: a resume, lett=
er of intention (position you are applying for and why), a brief statement =
that will be your public statement for membership election, and a letter of=
institutional support from your supervisor regarding your participation on=
the ResNet Board of Directors. Simple as that!
