Is your school allowing faculty/staff/students to use Skype, Magic Jack, or
other VoIP products on desktops? If so, how do you deal with the support
issues (aside from bandwidth and security)? Do you have any policy
regarding this? The same question may apply to other mobile devices that
are brought to campus and connected to your network.
