 *   What brand of computer do you use (manufacturer, as in Lenovo, HP, etc)?
Dell.

 *   How satisfied are you with their reliability and serviceability?
Very Satisfied but we also get the warranty upgrade.

 *   Are you an authorized warranty repair service for the brand your school uses?
No, but.....
When we do have an issue Dell usually just sends us the part (under warranty) and let us do the repair.
