Hmm.. Interesting idea, but it's difficult enough as it is to find a free
Athena workstation, without being barred by remote users. It is a lot easier
to log in and go make a cheese sandwich when you are at home, than from a
cluster. I agree that IS should make some accomodations for Resnet users
to even out Athena use, but I don't think this is the way.
