   If you're thinking of porting AFS to a "free Unix" you might have better 
   luck with one of the BSD flavors than with Linux, since BSD is closer to 
   what AFS has previously been ported to.

well i wouldnt mind looking into. I'm running NetBSD on MIT Net. it
would help to have access to the BSD 4.3(?) version that was running on
the vax's.

who should i talk to about AFS and other source access?
