For what it's worth, EZ CD Creator was my burning software of choice until I got an XP machine...then it began to crash and burn horribly. So bad that out of over 20 attempts at creating various types of CDs, only one session produced a valid disc. I tried everything from the ASPI layer update to patches from the vendor, to different versions of the product.
Finally, I told our vendor to take a flying leap and just switched to Nero, never had a single problem...great product!

I am assuming you're talking about windows/mac machines here. My apologies
if you are not.
We've had a lot of success in our public lab with the extremely user
friendly software EZ CD Creatior, by Roxio
Nero is another useful burning tool, and can be used for a period of time
for free before you need to pay up. This tool also allows things like VCDs,
Playstation games and the like, but this may be something you're not
looking for.
