Thanks for the reply Jon. I have investigated higher-end tools such as the
Fluke Nettool, but I am looking from a Help Desk perspective not a sys
admin perspective. I'm looking for something cheap that I could afford
multiple purchases of and that would be easy to send out lots of different
student staff to use without having to train them extensively.
