I admit the same thought crossed my mind.
It is still posted as a headline on CNET's web site today, and it is
also posted on MSNBC's web site, so I'm assuming its legitimate.
I checked Kazaa's and Brilliant's web sites, and neither site
confirmed nor denied the article.
(If this was an April Fool's joke, I would hope they'd want to set
the record straight, just like Taco Bell did a few years ago when
NBC's April Fool's joke stated that they were going to sponsor the
restoration of the Liberty Bell and rename it the "Taco Liberty
Bell.")
