Hi Everyone,
These last 2 topics served to remind me that I've been tasked with creating
a 10 year horizon for our ResNet. That includes goals for the future as it
regards equipment, wiring, revenue, etc. It also includes coming up with
some kind of budget to plan and support these hopes and dreams. I've never
done this before...I was wondering if any of you have been given this kind
of assignment and if so, words of wisdom are most welcome as well as any
referrals for information from books, web sites, etc. In short....HELP.
