I would be very interested in this information as well.
Currently our students have access to all IM apps. We had some problems a
couple weeks ago where AIM, MSN, Yahoo messengers weren't working and the
call came in like a flood. Our Network Manager increased (ever so slightly)
the bandwidth to 64K, on our PacketShaper, to satiate the students. We
haven't heard anything from the students since that was changed.
